Sell and buy IPv4 addresses with us. Find out, how easy it is!
Four steps to sell IPv4 subnets
Step 1: Complete the Form and Sign the Contract
Once we receive your form, we’ll verify your details, check subnet ownership, transfer restrictions, and DNSBL listings. Additional legal documents may be requested. Before submitting, ensure the subnet is unannounced, and you have an approved escrow.com account. The form is available here, and you can also send a sales request to info@voldeta.com.
Step 2: Confirm the Buyer and Approve the Deal on Escrow.com
After the contract is signed, we will search for a buyer within the timeframe specified. Once a buyer is found, we’ll send you an Annex with their details for confirmation. Upon receiving the signed Annex, we’ll open a deal on escrow.com and provide a link for you to confirm the terms.
Step 3: Transfer Your IPv4 Subnet to the Buyer After Fund Security
Once you confirm the terms on Escrow.com, the buyer will send the payment. After Escrow.com verifies receipt of the payment, we will send you the necessary documents for the transfer along with instructions for opening a transfer ticket with the RIR. We will support you throughout every step of the process.
Step 4. Receive payment
After the IPv4 transfer is completed, you shall confirm to escrow.com the IPv4 subnet delivery to the Buyer and wait up to 3 calendar days for the buyer’s confirmation. Then, after the transfer completion confirmation, escrow.com will release payment to you. The escrow disbursement fee 15 EUR is paid by Seller. For IPv4 subnets larger than /18, alternative escrow payment options may apply.
Four steps to buy IPv4 subnets
Step 1. Choose a subnet on our market or contact us
Check out our current offers on our market first and, if there’s no offer that fits your requirements and budget please send us your request via the form for buyers that can be found here. While applying, please ensure that you have the approved account at escrow.com. If you don’t have a verified escrow.com account we will help you to register it. Upon the receipt of your request we’ll start to search the subnet.
Step 2. Sign contract and confirm the deal at escrow.com
You don’t need to sign any contract with us until we find a subnet. After we find a subnet, we’ll send you an NDA to sign, then we’ll disclose the subnet and main terms. If you confirm the purchase, we’ll ask you to sign a contract and send back to us. As soon as we receive the signed contracts from both parties, we’ll open a trilateral deal at escrow.com and send you a link to confirm the terms.
Step 3. Send payment for the chosen IPv4 range to escrow.com
Once the transaction is confirmed by all parties, you have to sign the transfer agreement we provide you and send the payment to escrow.com via wire transfer. As soon as the payment is secured by escrow.com, the seller will initiate the transfer of IPv4 subnet to your LIR account. Please note, that Inter-RIR transfers require more time for its completion.
Step 4. Receive the subnet and confirm the receipt on escrow.com
Now you only have to wait until the transfer of IPv4 subnet is completed . Upon the IPv4 transfer completion you shall confirm the IP subnet receipt on escrow.com within 3 calendar days. Once the IPv4 subnet receipt is confirmed your payment will be released to the seller. After the transfer you will receive all the closing documents. For IPv4 subnets larger than /18, alternative escrow payment options can be discussed.
