Anastasia Kleiman is a professional in the field of IP address brokerage and network asset management. With a focus on IPv4 subnet transfers ranging from /16 to /24, she expertly manages Inter-RIR and Inter-LIR transfers across leading registries, including RIPE, ARIN, APNIC, and regional authorities such as IRINN and JPNIC. She’s highly skilled in updating RIR databases, handling RPKI records, and ensuring compliance with evolving industry standards. Anastasia joined Voldeta in 2020, and under her guidance, the company’s turnover exceeded $3 million in 2023.
IT-Infrastructure – Nikita Kondratyev
Nikita Kondratyev is a co-founder and IPv4 broker with a strong focus on IT automation and infrastructure optimization. He specializes in streamlining IPv4 and IPv6 transfers, handling inter-RIR and inter-LIR transactions across RIPE and APNIC. An expert in automation, Nikita develops advanced solutions for business efficiency, including DNSBL monitoring, subnet delisting, and RIR database management. He joined Voldeta in 2020 and also focuses on analytics and statistical data collection, providing valuable insights for business strategy and decision-making.
CEO & Economist – Agata Sapel
Agata Sapel is a seasoned economist with over 15 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, and economic strategy. Since 2021, she has been the CEO of Voldeta, leading the company’s strategic growth and financial operations. Her expertise spans manufacturing and accounting service industries, where she has optimized financial processes and ensured regulatory compliance. Agata holds a degree in Economics from Vilniaus kolegija Higher Education Institution (2020-2023) and Vilnius University (2007-2009), bringing a strong academic foundation to her leadership role..
