- IPv4 Lessors – Entities offering IPv4 networks for lease.
- IPv4 Buyers – Entities seeking to purchase IPv4 networks.
- Cleaning Service Recipients – Entities requesting network “cleaning” services.
- IPv4/v6 Lessees – Entities seeking to rent IPv4 or IPv6 networks.
- ASN Registration/Support Recipients – Entities requesting services related to Autonomous System Number (ASN) registration or support.
- LIR Registration Service Recipients – Entities requesting services for Local Internet Registry (LIR) registration.
- Service Request: An inquiry or order initiated by a User by sending an email to info@voldeta.com or by submitting the contact form on the Website.
- Order: A service request placed directly on the Website (applicable to certain service types described below).
- KYC (Know Your Customer): Procedures to verify the identity of the requesting company, which may include additional verification measures as described herein.
- Contract: A legally binding agreement outlining service details, pricing, payment terms, and conditions for service delivery.
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms apply to all services provided through our Website. They are binding on any User who submits a Service Request or places an Order, regardless of the type of service. Our services are divided into two main groups:
Group A – Services Initiated via Email/Contact Form
This group includes:
- IPv4 Sellers
- IPv4 Lessors
- IPv4 Buyers (when inquiries are made via email/contact form)
- Cleaning Service Recipients
Group B – Services Initiated via Website Order
This group includes:
- IPv4/v6 Lessees (for renting IPv4 or IPv6 networks)
- IPv4 Buyers (for purchases initiated via the Website)
- ASN Registration/Support Recipients
- LIR Registration Service Recipients
3. Detailed Service Workflows
3.1 Group A – IPv4 Sellers, IPv4 Lessors, IPv4 Buyers (via email/contact form), and Cleaning Service Recipients
3.1.1 Initiating a Request
- Users in this group begin the process by sending an email to info@voldeta.com or by submitting the contact form on the Website.
3.1.2 Processing Time
- UAB Voldeta will review and process your request within 5 working days. During this period, we will:
- Conduct KYC on your company.
- Request any documents or information necessary for KYC and to provide the requested service.
- Either refuse the requested service or provide you with detailed information regarding the service.
3.1.3 KYC Procedures
At our discretion, we may require additional verification, which may include:
- Information on the company’s ultimate beneficial owners.
- Clarification regarding employee details.
- Submission of the authorized signee’s identification (ID) along with a selfie showing the ID.
- Participation in an identity verification process via video call.
- In certain cases, notarization of the contract signature may be required.
3.1.4 Data Required for Service Provision
To ensure proper service delivery, you may be required to provide the following:
- Network Details:
- Network number
- LIR ID/ORG
- VAT number
- Authorized Representative Information:
- Authorized signee details (name, position, contact information)
- Corporate Information:
- Corporate website
- Email address from a verified escrow.com account (if applicable)
- Company registration document and address (if applicable)
- Service-Specific Information:
- Historical usage details of the network
- Desired sale price for the network (for sellers and buyers)
- Bank account details
- Contacts for technical, corporate, and finance departments
3.1.5 Post-KYC Process
Once your KYC and submitted data have been successfully reviewed:
- Negotiation:
We will negotiate and agree on the sale, lease, or cleaning service terms, including pricing, payment methods, and currency. - Contract Formation:
A Contract reflecting the agreed terms will be prepared and sent for your review and signature. - Commencement of Service:
Upon signing the Contract, our services will commence as per the agreed-upon schedule and conditions.
3.2 Group B – IPv4/v6 Lessees, IPv4 Buyers (via Website Order), ASN Registration/Support, and LIR Registration Service Recipients
3.2.1 Placing an Order
- For these services, the process begins by placing an Order directly on our Website. You must complete all required fields in the order form.
3.2.2 Processing Time
- For IPv4/v6 Lessees, ASN Registration/Support, and LIR Registration:
- Your Order, including the KYC process, will be reviewed and approved or declined within 5 working days. Further processing time depends on terms below and the contract terms.
- For IPv4 Purchases (via Website):
- Your Order, including the KYC process, will be reviewed and approved or declined within 10 working days. Further processing time depends on terms below and the contract terms.
- Backorder IPv4 Purchases:
- Your Order, including the KYC process, will be reviewed and approved or declined within 10 working days.A special processing period of up to 60 calendar days to provide an IPv4 range for your consideration is provided after KYC confirmation. Further processing time depends on terms below and the contract terms.
3.2.3 Network Confirmation Deadlines
- For IPv4/v6 Lessees (Network Rentals):
- Once processed, we will send you a proposal for a specific IP network.
- You are required to confirm the proposed network within 2 working days.
- Failure to confirm within this timeframe will result in the release of the network reservation, and we will not guarantee subsequent execution of your Order.
- For IPv4 Buyers (Network Purchases):
- You must confirm the proposed network within 3 working days.
- If no confirmation is received, the network reservation will be canceled.
- With mutual consent, the reservation period may be extended under special circumstances.
3.2.4 KYC Procedures
- The same KYC measures as described in Section 3.1.3 apply. We reserve the right to request additional documentation as needed.
3.2.5 Data Required for Service Provision
For these services, you may be required to provide the following information, depending on the service requested:
- Network and Technical Details:
- Network number and/or ASN
- Certificate of incorporation
- Recent extract from the company registry
- Two peering ASNs with associated email addresses
- Country and purpose of use
- Planned IPv4/IPv6 subnet to be announced by your ASN
- List of existing registered ASNs (if any)
- Documentation proving that your company maintains active infrastructure in the RIPE NCC service region
- Maintainer information
- Contact details for administrative (admin-c), technical (tech-c), and abuse (abuse-c) roles
- Information on whether port 25 is open or closed
- Corporate and Financial Details:
- LIR ID/ORG number
- VAT number
- Authorized signee details
- Corporate website
- Corporate email
- Email connected to verified escrow.com account
- Bank account details
- Contacts for technical, corporate, and finance departments
3.2.6 Post-KYC Process and Payment Options
A. For IPv4/v6 Lessees (Network Rentals):
- Payment Options:
Upon network confirmation, we will provide you with a proposal outlining available payment methods:- Payment via bank transfer, or
- Payment by card through Stripe.
Note: If paying via Stripe, an additional fee of 3.25% + 0.25 EUR per transaction will be applied.
- Contract and Invoice:
Once you confirm the proposed network (confirmation must be provided within 2 working days), we will send you a Contract and an invoice detailing:- The network details,
- The agreed tariff (which includes the cost as per the Order plus VAT, and, where applicable, any additional Stripe fees).
- Confirmation Deadline:
You must sign the Contract and complete the payment within 2 working days of receipt. - Failure to Confirm:
Failure to meet the confirmation or payment deadline may result in the release of the reserved network, and the Contract may be annulled. In such cases, service provision is not guaranteed. - Service Commencement:
Upon receipt of the signed Contract and payment, service provision will commence within 5 working days, subject to the terms of the Contract.
B. For IPv4 Buyers (Network Purchases via Website):
- Spam and Escrow Information:
Along with the proposed network, we will provide a report detailing:- Status on spam lists (e.g., Spamhaus ZEN, Barracuda, Usenix),
- A calculation of the escrow.com commission (charged separately to the buyer),
- Relevant VAT information.
- Network Confirmation:
You must confirm the proposed network within 3 working days. If no confirmation is received, the network reservation will be canceled. - Contract and Invoice:
After network confirmation (to be completed within 2 working days), we will send you a completed Contract. - Signing Deadline:
You must sign the Contract within 3 working days of receipt. Failure to do so means we cannot guarantee the availability of the proposed network. - Reservation Extension:
Should you require additional time, a reservation extension may be granted upon mutual consent between you, UAB Voldeta, and the network seller. - Tariff Details:
The Contract will specify the tariff as per the Order cost plus VAT. The escrow fee will be clearly stated as an additional charge.
C. For ASN/PI Registration/Support and LIR Registration Services:
- Documentation and Verification:
Once KYC and all required documentation are successfully reviewed, we will send you a completed Contract and invoice. - Signing and Payment Deadline:
You must sign the Contract, for ASN/PI registration/ Support verify the signature on the Contract by Public Notary and complete the payment within 14 working days of receipt. - Service Initiation:
Following receipt of the signed Contract and payment, service provision will commence within 5 working days. - Required Documentation Includes (but may not be limited to):
- A recent extract from the company registry,
- Two peering ASNs along with their email addresses,
- Authorized signee details,
- Corporate website and corporate email,
- Country of use and the planned subnet announcement,
- Technical, administrative, and abuse contact details,
- Documentation verifying the presence of an active infrastructure in the RIPE NCC service region.
If your company is registered outside the RIPE NCC region, notarized contract signatures may be required.
3.2.7 Minimum Requirements for IPv4/v6 Lessees and IPv4 Buyers
- For IPv4/v6 Lessees (Network Rentals):
- You must clearly state the intended use of the network.
- Provide a valid corporate email address and website.
- Submit your company registration document and address.
- Provide authorized signee details, your ASN, and information regarding port 25.
- The rental term is a minimum of one year.
- The provided ASN must not appear on Spamhaus or similar lists.
- For IPv4 Buyers (Network Purchases):
- Submission of your company registration document is required.
- You must provide your LIR ID/ORG number.
- Email address connected to a verified escrow.com account.
- Provide complete authorized signee details.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UAB Voldeta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or data) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing or using our services.
5. Intellectual Property and Data Usage
- Content Ownership:
All content provided on voldeta.com, including text, images, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of UAB Voldeta or its licensors. - Restrictions on Copying and Reproduction:
You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the Website or its content without our prior written consent. - User-Generated Content:
Any data submitted through our Website (including emails or form submissions) will be used solely for processing your request and providing the requested services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts.

UAB Voldeta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of our services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. - Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. - Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and UAB Voldeta regarding the subject matter herein.
